Our online scheduling software is available 24 hours a day and is simple to use.  If you prefer to schedule over the telephone, call or text 440-984-5757 and we will reach out to you as soon as we are done working with our clients that day.

Yes, and they can be scheduled online as well.  If you prefer not to use the online system,  text us at 440-984-5757 with the names, emails, and cell phone numbers of both people as well as the desired date and time of day you would like.  We will  contact you as soon as we are done with our clients for the day.

Couples massages aren't only for married people - grab your bestie and book a spa day together; bring your mom in for a special day together, or anyone else you think would love some pampering and self care. 

Call or text us as soon as possible.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to the cancellation fee; 50% of the service fee is due if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.  Same day cancellations and no shows require payment in full. Same-day reschedules may be subject to cancellation fee on a case by case basis.  In the event of an emergency, please call or text us to let us know as we can waive the cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

Our team makes sure your appointment time is reserved for you and only you, turning down requests from other clients once you have booked it.  When you cancel or don't show up, not only are we not able to provide service to another person that has requested it, our staff loses a substantial portion of their revenue for that day.  One cancellation or no show a week means thousands of dollars of lost revenue per year, per therapist/aesthetician. In order to keep the highly trained and skilled staff that we have put together for you, we have to ensure they are being fairly compensated.  It isn't ethical or fair to expect them to continue to work with us, and with you, if they have an unpredictable and inadequate income through no fault of their own.

We understand life can be unpredictable sometimes - please call us and let us know you are running late and we will make every reasonable effort to give you your full appointment time.  If you will be more than  10 minutes late, your therapist may not be able to give you the full amount of time you requested as they have other clients scheduled after you.  If you are late and we cannot accommodate an extension of our schedule you may be responsible for the full fee of the service you scheduled. 

You will be  treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism, confidentiality and dignity .Depending on the service you have scheduled,  you will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and you'll be draped appropriately by a linens and a blanket with  only area of the body being worked on exposed. Your aesthetician or massage therapist will perform the service you requested, working within their scope of practice, their expertise and in an ethical manner.

Both of our offices are designed to create a soothing, calming atmosphere.  Soft music is always playing and our team go about their jobs quietly and efficiently so as to not disrupt the work being done in the treatment rooms. We ask that our guests respect each other and refrain from using their speakerphone and that they try to be quiet while in the treatment areas.  From time to time you may hear other clients as they move about the office, but we make every effort to keep the noise level low and the energy in the office very calm and peaceful.  Many of our clients are able to fall asleep because it is so quiet and peaceful.

 “Ohio sales tax law requires that a sales tax be collected for a massage. However, there is no duty to collect sales tax on a massage performed on the order of a physician (emphasis added). Please direct questions to the Ohio Department of Taxation. An MT may also consult a private attorney or the American Massage Therapy Association – Ohio Chapter for assistance.” 

If you have a prescription from your doctor for massage, we will not collect sales tax from you. Present your prescription at check in and will  keep in on file and update your billing settings accordingly.

Gift certificates are redeemable for purchases only. The unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash, credit or check, except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift certificates.

 Complimentary gift certificates typically have an expiration date of 6 months after issue and can be used to purchase any regularly priced service.

Gift cards/ gift certificates  will retain their value for  two years and after that time may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of 10%.

Gift certificate purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund. At no time can a gift certificate be exchanged for cash.
