What to expect:
When you arrive, your service provider will discuss your health concerns and what you want to achieve at your visit, and will then explain the different techniques available to give you the best result possible. Communication during your session is encouraged; please don't ever hesitate to tell us when something isn't to your liking. The more you let us know how you are feeling, the better we can perform our job.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies come up - we experience them occasionally ourselves. If you need to cancel for any reason, call our office as soon as you can. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow our therapist the opportunity to fill your scheduled spot with someone from our waiting list.
Should you be unable to give us 24 hours notice, consider sending someone in your place - perhaps a family member of friend that you know could benefit from our services. If you are able to do this, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
If you must cancel and do not give us 24 hours notice, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the full rate. Should you no-show or cancel with in 4 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the fee. Cancellation and no show fees are payable prior to booking your next appointment.
Please know that we hold ourselves to the same set of requirements and policies. Should we need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your next session will be discounted 50%.
Illness Policy
Recent times have helped us all become very aware of how easy it is to inadvertently transmit an illness. We ask that you reschedule your appointment in the event of illness. Even if its "just a cold", our team needs to be healthy in order to give the level of care our clients are accustomed to. Not only do we not want to miss work because of illness, we absolutely do not want to risk transmitting an illness while we are unaware or in the 'incubation' period. In the event of illness, we will always waive the cancellation policy **if you notify us that you can't make it**.
If you arrive for your appointment ill, we will not treat you and you will be responsible for 100% of your service fee.
Your health, our own health, and the health of our other clients is always our first concern.
